Production process
A controlled production flow, from raw materials to warehouse
Raw materials are checked before use, then ground, mixed and colour-matched. Finished products are tested again before packing and labelling.

Laboratory facility
Colour, viscosity and adhesion checked in every batch
Ichiban ink is colour-matched with a spectrophotometer and colour cabinet, measured for viscosity and density, then tested for adhesion and rub resistance. Residual solvent is analysed with a gas chromatograph.
